GoogleI would not hesitate in recommending the AQ team to others. We sold and bought through AQ and trust me it was a very long process. We sold on our first viewing and it took us just under a year to finally find the house of our dreams. Chris and the team would be the first to let me know of any houses becoming available and should view and Chris was always at the end of the phone if needed...even if he had the day off. Not only were AQ working on our behalf they have actually become our friends! Chris Lenny Ryan and Rico...keep doing what you are doing! Just over a month of living in our new house and loving it...would definitely use AQ again but in all honesty I'm never moving house ever again lol 🤣

Highly recommend Anthony Quirk! Georgia, Ryan and Rico have been on a bit of a journey with us whilst we have been looking for our first home to say the least!Ryan and Rico saw us almost weekly for viewings, saw offers get accepted, us unfortunately have to pull out of a house, listened to our feedback on houses that weren't quite for us, and very quickly understood the type of house we were looking for. The current market meant houses were going quickly, and Ryan and Rico would book us in for houses as soon as they came to market. GoogleWe sold our house in Basildon through Anthony Quirk and they helped us find our perfect home in Canvey. All the guys were always there on hand throughout the whole sale and purchase from start to finish, the quality of customer service didn't stop after the sale. 3.5 years on Chris still remembers us and says hi when we walk past the shop (maybe because my children wave like mad until they get their attention!) Would highly recommend Chris and the rest of the Anthony Quirk Canvey team to everyone and have no doubt at all where I will go should we decide to move house again. You can tell by their Facebook page just how fantastic they are, attention to detail and fantastic communication make them stand out from the rest!
I now work at a school on Canvey and they are always so supportive of our fundraisers, even during this global pandemic they didn't hesitate to donate gift vouchers to our Easter raffle. Which also just shows how committed to the local community they are!

We chanced sticking our flat on the market at the beginning of lockdown and from start to finish everything has been dealt with very professionally. To start we had Chris and Rico visit the property to provide the valuation. Both very approachable and understanding guys who were to the point and more than confident they could get our place sold quickly and efficiently. We’d sold within a week of being on the market! And the sale, led by Rico on our behalf was always on the end of the phone along with the rest of the team, to get everything moved along as smoothly as possible (despite many hurdles along the way). Anything that could have gone wrong with regards to a sale/purchase, did go wrong for us, from slowness due to the pandemic, to our initial sale falling through! We originally met Chris Fitzsimons back in February this year. He was professional and seemed to invest in what we expected and needed from our agency. GoogleTEAM AQ have genuinely saved me money! I used to think all agents were the same but not anymore. I live in Leigh and made a wrong choice of agent purely because they had lots of boards in my actual road HOWEVER the service i then recieved was that of a call centre. I never had feedback or plan b to sell my house apart from me advising my agent to reduce my own price.
Whist my bad experience was ongoing my sister had instructed AQ and within 3 and a bit weeks she bought and sold her own (for 6k above what she wanted)
I HAVE ALSO NOW SOLD WITH TEAM AQ and although i dont usually give online reviews i felt the need as my partner and i have been blown away by the teams belief and knowledge of how to sell and what steps they have in place to achieve better results. Ryan and Georgia helped all through the viewing process whilst Chris was informative and didn't hassle me to use them either. Lenny has been a lifesaver as we had to move before xmas due to personal reasons. She has kept us updated at least twice a week and even helped us overturn the bank not giving our buyer the full amount to buy our property.
I will never use anybody else.
