However within this business they care so much about there clients and they keep you informed every step of the way. The quality of customer service they provide is outstanding it is like being part of a family . Chris and Rico were fantastic , They took the stress away , reassured us and kept us up dated every step of the way . There really cannot be a better estate…

There really cannot be a better estate agency on Canvey Island! NOTHING is too much trouble for these guys.I had just sold my property and was keen to look a various properties in the Canvey Island area.Most agencies you would call never get through or if you every did manage to leave a message you would not be contacted back.Virtually every property listed would be sold but not removed or changed to sold.I was running out of ideas getting fed up and really felt I was going around in circles thinking I would lose my buyer.One evening way after office hours I called Anthony Quirks and a lovely lady called Lenny answered.There was a property that I really wanted to view and quickly.It had an open day booked but for when I was working so I would not of been able to get there.I was in a very strong buying position and she listened and understood this.She managed to get the seller to allow me to look before the open day.Lenny also assisted with recommending a solicitor for the conveyancing who was fantastic.Ryan showed me around and was a really lovely honest guy.I do not know the area very well and he was full of helpful knowledge.I loved the property and we managed to agree to purchase.A lady called Georgia was my point of call and this lady is totally amazing and could not of done any more than she did.The actually buying process was delayed due to probate being required but to allow my buyer to proceed with purchasing it was all agreed that I could temporally rent the property.I found all the delays frustrating and the actual purchase took over 6 months.Thankfully Anthony Quirks made all this much easier than it could have been.I work in sales myself and have very high standards, Anthony Quirks went above and beyond in everything they did for me.I hope you all have a fantastic 2022 and keep on obtaining listings and sell lots.Well done to EVERYONE.

Georgia, Ryan & Rico were all very helpful, keeping in contact and quickly informing us of offers, sales progress and communication from buyers, solicitors etc, so we always knew what stage we were at. We had a very bumpy ride, losing out on two houses and losing a buyer in the process but they were happy to go again each time and we got there in the end!

The best experience a ‘first time buyer’ could wish for

Where to begin, myself and my partner met the Anthony Quirks team back in July this year when they advertised our dream ‘first home’.From the first phone call I had with Rico I was made to feel so comfortable and at ease. Which was was such a breath of fresh air compare to all the other estate agents I had called when enquiring about other properties. Everyone else I had spoken to previously had been so pushy or as soon as I mentioned being a ‘first time buyer’ I was made to feel like I wasn’t really being taken seriously. We got booked in to view the property a couple of days later and put our offer in. Unfortunately another offer got accepted, but again unlike other estate agents we wasn’t left in the dark. Chris went out of his way to contact us the same evening and let us know. So we knew where we was at and could start searching again immediately. Luckily another property came onto the market which our offer was accepted on. This is where we met Georgia. Who really does deserve a special recognition. She has been amazing. She really is a credit to the company, she has been at the end of the phone and there answering our endless questions. Unfortunately a few weeks later due to unforeseen circumstances the property we put our offer on had to come off of the market. As you can imagine we was heartbroken and so stressed. Georgia and all the team were so supportive and reassuring.They reassured us both that she would do their upmost to find us another property. Call it fate but that very day that the property fell through Georgia was like a fairy god mother and called us with the best news we could have wished for. The original property we put an offer in on had come back onto the market and we was asked if we was still interested. Of course we jumped at the chance and our offer was accepted. From that moment we have been given so much support, advice and reassurance.Because of what happened with the other property falling through we had trust issues for a good couple of months. We must have got on Georgia’s nerves asking her for updates every other day haha. But she always made time for us. As first time buyers we didn’t really know where to start, we didn’t even have solicitors in place. The team were so helpful and sent us over a number of different companies that they knew of to help us out. Nothing was ever too much. The last few months working alongside the Anthony Quirks team has been a pleasure. Even in the most stressful times the team have remained so professional and helpful. Myself and my partner both said how were actually going to miss speaking with them everyday. Their amazing teamwork and sense of ‘family’ really shows. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to sell their property or even buy a property to go straight to Quirks. We’re looking forward to going in to see them all on completion day!

I first meet the team at Anthony Quirks back in February 2021 when I contacted them in regards to selling my flat. Ryan was very professional and helpful when it come to advertising my flat. I was kept up to date with everything. I meet Rico the night my flat had numerous viewings, he gave me good advice and lots of feed back. I was contacted the next day by Rico and Ryan with more feedback and offers. I was shocked it sold within 48 hours! Ryan contacted me and said now you can start viewing. Firstly Ryan spoke to Anthony at bolt mortgages to get me & my partner the best affordable mortgage possible. I was getting updates of new properties that were coming to market and got the sneak peaks. Then our dream home come to market!! I was gutted as it was on a open house and my partner was working. But ryan knew how much this property was for us, I then received a call he got me a viewing!! This is where I meet Lennie who gave me the best news that my offer was excepted!! I was super excited. Ever since this day Georgia has been my go to girl, she’s always at the end of the phone & emails. I’ve ranted, I’ve cried and she has just been amazing. I've heard all about anthony Quirks through my daughter, to which they sold her little flat in Hadleigh and went above and beyond to find her and her partner there dream home. I've known for a while that I needed to down size my property as its just me now. But it's always scary at my age making a big move when you've been in my home for 20 years. Ryan and Chris were extremely kind, caring and totally understanding of my situation. I didn't feel pressured (as I have done with previous agents) they said they'd help me every step of the way which is a service I most definitely needed. The passion and dedication they've showed me in the few hours I spent with them (yes I was going to ask them to stay for dinner,) is so comforting. So my beloved home of 20 years went to market. To say I was a little sad was a understatement as this is all I've known. I meet Rico the night my house had lots of viewings. What a lovely kind caring professional gentleman he is. So my beloved home of 20 years sold after 48 hours being on the market. I'm totally shocked that someone loved my home just as much as I do. The price that they got me was a total shock as I didn't think my home was worth that much. These guys are men of there words and have done everything in there service that they have provided for me. From day 1 Chris has always been so attentive and helpful. In recent months I needed help with regards to my house and Chris went over and above on more than one occasion and literally was there when I needed him. He is so honest and doesn't tell me what I want to hear which is such an important quality to have. I would highly recommend this estate…

I would highly recommend this estate agents as my dealings with them so far have been 5 star. I chose them because right from our first meeting I had a good feeling about them, they were completely honest and upfront with me about everything. They didn’t give unrealistic valuations like some others did and it feels like they have my best interests at heart. Communication has been outstanding from everyone of the team I have spoken to to this point and I have no doubt it will continue on this way.
