We are getting viewers through the door and being updated all the time with how things are going. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Hopefully we will sell soon. Thank you to everyone at Quirks 😊 Just adding to/updating this review. So Quirks secured a buyer approximately 1 week after transferring to them and achieved a little over the asking price!!! Trust them they know what they are talking about re: marketing! We have now completed and all I can say is a massive thank you to everyone at Quirks for their help and support during this emotional time, especially Rico, Kiera who sorted the viewing, sale etc and Lenny from the Sales Progression team, who deals with the legal side after the sale was agreed. Everyone always replied promptly to any queries and pushed this sale through quickly. Thank you for also recommending Gowlings solicitors, Muneera was extremely helpful, prompt replies and everything was sorted quickly. Would highly recommend Quirks and would use them again if I decide to sell again ❤️

GoogleAmazing experience! With all the stresses that come with buying a new home you want it to be as stress free as possible. With that being said, I couldn’t recommend Hayden Connolly enough. The wealth of knowledge and advice he brings to the table are second to none. For me, he’s someone I can rely on. Pro-actively working through any issues that arise during the sale. He’s the first name I recommend to family and friends buying or selling. Couldn’t recommend enough.

GoogleI would highly recommend quirks. Taylor mackinnon especially has gone above and beyond. It hasn’t been a smooth ride. But that has been down to the solicitors not quirks. But I was always fully informed of what was going on by Taylor and I couldn’t thank her enough. Having said that whenever I have called whoever I spoke to was always polite and helpful

Kiera was very polite and professional and showed us around the place, and We was successful and got the property. And this was all thanks to Rico with great communication between us and the seller negotiating the sale and getting the best deal for us.The whole way he’s been clear and professional, and id highly recommend him and his team at Anthony quirk for future moves.
