From our very first meeting, we had a strong feeling that Sandersons was the right fit for us. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear understanding of the local market made them stand out. While we loved our house, we knew it was a niche property and wouldn’t be easy to sell. It required strategic marketing and a highly organized team to attract the right buyers. Amazingly, the house sold in just 9 days after going on the market, far exceeding our expectations! The entire Sandersons team displayed a remarkable work ethic, working seamlessly together with dedication and professionalism. Special thanks to Chris Murphy, our main contact, who was always available with updates and advice, and to Lettie for capturing our home beautifully in photos and video. Heidi’s energy and enthusiasm as our sales representative was infectious, she truly Rocks! And we can’t forget Linda, Antonia, and Charlotte from the progression team, who were tenacious in ensuring everything went smoothly right to the end. A great experience with James

We met James Marshall-Loughran from the Ashford branch while viewing a couple of properties and had a really positive experience with him. He was so personable and easy to deal with, but also really honest and upfront with us, which we genuinely appreciated. He gave us clear, realistic advice and we always felt we could have a straightforward conversation with him without any pressure. We’ve ended up finding a property elsewhere, but we both came away from our dealings with James thinking what a genuinely nice guy he was. We’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking in the area.

I bought a house that Sandersons Canterbury was selling. The estate agent was efficient and cordial and a price was quickly agreed between parties. What really made the difference for me was that Sandersons had a person who was subsequently working as an intermediary between all the parties in the chain (of three). As I felt often in the dark as to where they others were in the conveyancing process and when things would be moving forward, that person (her name was Linda) was able to take all my queries very promptly and come back to me with answers. This service was invaluable to me as the weeks stretched into months before exchange could be agreed. So, thank you, Linda, for your incredible support throughout the conveyancing process! You made a real difference to my experience of buying a property.

Sandersons were amazing with our property sale from the get-go. We were really impressed with our house pictures and video tour, then all of the team throughout viewings and offers were great too. As we were selling a property with a couple of issues and then interest rates suddenly soared, our sale fell through a couple of times on the way (not Sandersons fault at all), but the team were so encouraging when this happened too. MASSIVE thanks to Linda who was absolutely hellbent on getting the sale across the finish line for us, chasing our solicitors, our buyers solicitors, and even the estate agent and sellers solicitors for our onward purchase, plus anybody else she could get hold of. I genuinely don’t think we’d be in our new house if it wasn’t for Linda’s hard work. We are so, so grateful for her proactiveness and support - she’s a real asset to the Sandersons team. I can safely say I don’t want to move ever again - but if I had to, I’d absolutely come back to Sandersons & would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house too. Thank you :)

Whilst they were acting for the seller our contact Linda Stephens was a pleasure to deal with and kept in regular contact with us. Appalling. Having had a friend who had warned us not to use them we went against it and used them . They were trying to get us to keep dropping the price so they got a quick sale . Dreadful service . After smelling a rat we decided to get a mystery caller to run a series of calls . All of which were quite horrifying to listen to . Heidi was so derogatory and negative it even left the mystery caller stunned . She then sent me an email saying the person who had called refused to pay our price . At no point did the mystery caller say that . I’d be very very cautious if embarking with this company . Repent at leisure.

This is my first time buying a house, I was very skeptical about how the process was going to work regarding communication between me, Sanderson, mortgage advisors and solicitors….well let’s just say the skepital aspect was gone in an instance. Anytime of day I needed to ring or email Antonia Costa and Victoria newport were there. Any questions I had was answered. They went above and beyond and was pushing for the maximum effort and updates across the board as if it was them that was buying the property. I knew I was in good hands from the start. I was shown around a few properties with Victoria and Antonia and didn’t feel rushed atall and answered every question I had. They have not just been professional they have been a great support during what some would say is the most steressful process you will come across. Once my house is complete I will feel an element of relief but almost sadness that my communication with them will go. But if anyone ever asks me about houses and where to go I will put them straight in touch with Antonia and Victoria. Yes Victoria is a family member of mine but even with me Victoria continue to be professional and I am very proud. Sanderson’s have a good team at there dispense!

Jade was a warm, knowledgable and friendly estate agent who made the process of looking for a property not only easy but fun! She answered all questions honestly and efficiently and made the whole process much easier for me and my boyfriend. I always find it very awkward going into other people's houses for viewings when they're at home, but she made pleasant conversation with the tenants and created a great atmosphere which is really what you want when doing such a stressful task! Antonia dealt with our sale brilliantly, staying in touch with us whilst we were abroad, navigating a time difference, to finalise the sale and our purchase. Vicky showed us around the house we bought several times, and she was so friendly and accommodating. When our sale progressed, Charlotte took over and just made the whole process so smooth.
