Having initially explored a number of ways of selling our property, from the initial meeting and the viewing process, right through to our exchange and completion we have felt very well supported by the Oakley and O’Connor team. We found their honest and friendly approach made the whole experience feel as though we were in safe hands from start to finish. We loved the Whatsapp group that allowed us to ask those niggling and sometimes silly questions and get very quick answers to any query we had. Let’s face it, moving is a very challenging time and its not something we’ve done that often, so having a team you can rely on to support you through every step was simply brilliant, even when things didn’t go to plan, we found there was always a way forward and a reassurance that things will get resolved, which they did. We can’t thank the gang enough with helping us with our moving process and all the support, advice and guidance they have supplied, giving us the view they are the right choice for selling our home of nearly 30 years.
