Annie was absolutely incredible in helping me purchase my first house. I really appreciate you being by my side throughout on this first time buying (solo) experience. Meghan was great in (very) quickly securing the deal and Annie then picked up and was always on call and always a step ahead which was so refreshing and it meant I wasn’t battling solicitors etc alone. I highly recommend M&B and also rented before this purchase for 3.5years and I cannot fault them.

A fantastic property manager

Miles and Barr managed the property we let for 14 years. We had numerous property managers in that time and it has only been in the last 6 months since Rachel Hodson took over we have been totally happy. Rachel was an excellent communicator, keeping us up to date, answering questions in a timely manner and finding out if she didn't know. If she had been our property manager for the whole time,j I would have given 5 stars.

Our experience involved a complicated property sale so we needed a lot of support and guidance which Miles and Barr definitely gave us. There seemed a lot of information at the beginning which took time to take in. Very pleased with the team at Miles and Barr for recently selling my property. I initially chose them thanks to the warm and professional approach of Maddy at the front of house. Shea then provided a well-researched valuation and responded quickly to all of my questions. Kayleigh expertly negotiated an offer and timescale that worked perfectly for everyone in our chain. Finally, Emily handled the sales progression with empathy and complete regularity; her weekly updates provided a level of reassurance I haven't experienced with other agents. The staff are very helpful

The branch staff are very helpful, polite and friendly and have had a positive experience with them during viewings and when I came into branch to ask questions. Denise who has been dealing with our move has been very good at answering all our questions and we had a lot as first time buyers.She is also really cheerful and down to earth, so has made the whole process feel less intimidating! The process was broken into manageable steps so would recommend for first time buyers to go with M&B Canterbury as they have made it less overwhelming for us. It helps they worked alongside our solicitors, PLS, who they got in touch with us. I believe this made the process more smooth and less stressful.

Good experience selling our home with the deal branch. Luke H was great at communicating with us and keeping us informed and also Aimee during the viewing process. Jade the sales progressor also did a great job updating us and handling any concerns after the offer was accepted. After having challenging first buyers they went out of their way to get us a new better offer and see it through to exchange of contracts. I would use them again if I ever look to move again.

Fin at Margate right from the start was prompt and professional with dealing with sale. He also has a very friendly and genuine manner about him which we warmed to from the start. We were updated throughout. All the viewings were arranged and we were given helpful feedback. Louise at margate throughout the sale was keeping us updated with any progress. She was checking all the time with us and solicitors etc. She is so easy to deal with and approachable at all times and very professional too. Our experience overall was such a good one that we would not hesitate in recommending them.
