I’m giving the company, Miles and Barr, only 3 stars because to be honest they are hopeless. I’ve had so many problems with them due to the lack of last minute information and requests that at one point I was seriously considering taking my business to another company.
Having said that there is one person who is outstanding.

She is an absolute credit to the company. Always extremely pleasant, helpful in every way, answers any questions I may have, always emails or calls me back when asked, and sorts out any issues I may have. If it were possible I would give Diane 100 stars. In my opinion she should be running the company and the company would be a lot better off if she were.

Every house move has its challenges and when we was held up by issues at the top of our chain I called Mel out of desperation to find out what was happening. Baring in mind Mel (Miles and Barr) were not our estate agents. Mel came to the rescue, she took control of the whole chain, called me regularly everyday giving us the reassurance we needed that someone cared. She went way above and beyond updating me on holiday and school runs. We are and will always beyond grateful.
