So when it came to working with James and Ria, it was an enormous relief. I could not recommend Jackson Stops in Barnstaple more highly. I must have made about 50 phone calls and sent over 100 e mails over a 6 month period - and every single time, nothing was a problem, every issue was resolved quickly, efficiently and with a lot of care and attention. Absolutely appalling sales experience. From being told that the buyers were cash buyers to then being told they didn't have the deposit. No fact checking had been carried out and we were led along for months without regular updates and the agent side stepping and avoiding calls only to find out the sale had fallen through and Jackson-Stops were aware but hadn't even bothered to update us! Absolutely no follow through.
