We are sorry that you feel you have received a 1 star service, the market is very competitive at the moment, the viewings over the last 12 weeks on your property sadly those buyers went on to purchase 3 bedroom properties in a similar price range as they needed more space. We would have needed to action our recommendations to encourage more buyers to view.
