Overall there service has been well above average and I am happy with the service they have supplied over the years.But every now and again some one shines Deborah Birks .. thank yo for assisting in the resolution of the tenant leaving issue. I have viewed a few properties lately with other agents and none of them were as good as this lady. I've been a landlord with BJB since 2007, no issues. However, since 2021 and I think with a management change, it has all been going downhill.Not keeping me compliant with my regulatory requirements, not taking ownership of issues and not recompensing me appropriately for mistakes they made. I rate Emma but everyone else lost their duty of care. Sadly, I had no choice but to leave.

Just going through TPO regarding a rental property. BJBs have no comm., no organisation, no management. They should not be in the business of letting properties. The only thing they excel in, is incompetence. Landlords steer clear unless you want to spend years chasing these cowboys for answers as to why monies are being deducted for no clear reason. Only time we had a proper response is when the TPO have been involved. AVOID!
