After an awful experience with a previous lettings/ estate agents, myself and my partner were filled with dread about dealing with another agent, however Kylie, Chelsea and infact everyone at Bairstow Eves have given us nothing short of exceptional service! The lettings team, Kylie and Chelsea are always easy to contact (Kylie even gave me her personal mobile number) and deal with any query immediately. I telephoned Bairstow Eves to seek advice for renting our property. Kylie was so knowledgable, helpful and personable I impulsively made an appointment to see her whilst on the phone. Can honestly say Bairstow Eves handled letting of my property from start to finish with no hiccups at all. I had been trying to let the property with another agent for 6 months, moved it to Bairstow Eves and lo and behold they found a tenant within a week. Good tenant too. I was kept informed of all viewings, all ran smoothly. Can recommend BE, will always use them in future as I have several houses in and around Cannock. I decided at the start of 2015 to rent out my home. I decided to enquire what Bairstow could offer me. I was very nervous as this was the first time I had ever done anything like this. And the house had been my home for 18 years and I had loads of concerns and questions. I arranged an appointment and met Kylie Turu at the Cannock branch. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that Kylie displayed. The whole process was explained in detail and all my questions and concerns were addressed in full. I felt at ease and knew I was placing the management of my house in good hands. A tenant matching the criteria I had laid down was found immediately and viewings etc arranged. The tenant took up occupancy of my property at the end of April 2015. The whole process was so smooth and I was very pleased with the service I received from both Kylie Turu and her colleague Chelsea. Indeed it was like dealing with friends who had my best interest at heart. I would recommend using the services of Kylie and the team at Bairstow in Cannock.

We recently visited Simon to discuss our mortgage options as our bank were no help. Simon opened a world of remortgage possibilities to us we didn't know were possible. We set Simon off on the task of remortgage very, very happily but then we fell in love with a house and decided to sell and buy. Simon put in a lot of work into our remortgage and laughed with us about the change of mortgage direction. Regardless of the huge amount of work Simon did for us, nothing was too much for Simon and we loved his friendly approachable style and would truly recommend. I ended up using Bairstow Eves purely through chance, and how lucky was I that I did. Every single person in that office are friendly and helpful. Never once did any of my many, many enquiries, questions or desperate calls go unresolved. Initially, I had the pleasure of Kerry's help and reassurance, and I needed it! I thought the world was falling apart when she wasn't go to be in the office, but Jack stepped in and filled her shoes, and then some! I'm fairly confident no man has ever worked so hard to coordinate, cajole and kick start everyone involved to get a house sale through. Jack, you are brilliant, amazing, wonderful, beautiful and quite clearly cannot be a mere human to pull off your miracles.
