We are so grateful to Jack and his team at Winkworth West Hampstead for their help and support in selling our mother’s house. They were all professional, friendly and most importantly realistic in a difficult market. Selling a house is one of the most stressful life events but Jack made it as smooth as it could be. We were given a credible selling price, not something other estate agents were keen to do - and help in presenting the house for sale so that it sold within a few weeks. We were also kept up to date after each viewing with detailed and helpful feedback which was absolutely invaluable. Jack then guided us through the sale process and helped iron out a few complications that arose. It was refreshing to deal with a team that was straightforward and upfront with no smoke and mirrors to navigate. Excellent communication and progression service instrumental in ensuring we secured our forever home

From viewing our first house, to finding our forever home, John knew exactly what we were looking for. He did a great job communicating with us and the vendors and we always knew where we stood throughout the process. The team at Winkworth work as one, as demonstrated by Guy who was the one who communicated our offer to the vendors in John’s absence. During the conveyancing process, the team excelled at liaising with all parties in the chain and Guy was instrumental in ensuring successful completion before Christmas. I am a landlord in the Willesden Green area many years and would like to give a positive review of the superb service I receive from the Winkworth. The team in the Kensal Rise and Queens Park office are always extremely supportive and always on hand to provide guidance especially with the current changes in the private rental sector. This service extends to dealing with any maintenance issues, prompt statement sending and tenant changeover, so basically the whole package for a landlord. Avoid this agency if you value your deposit. The end-of-tenancy process was is a nightmare. They submitted a fraudulent invoice as evidence in a TDS deposit dispute. I contacted the company named on the invoice directly and they confirmed in writing they had never attended the property and the invoice number belonged to a completely different property for a job dated 7 months ago. I reported them for fraud.
