Cooperative before contracts exchange. Uncooperative to the point of rudeness after. Made moving in moe dfficult
We take all reviews very seriously and are sorry your experience has compelled you to lead a less than perfect review. However, we are genuinely puzzled here as your agent and you personally contacted us to arrange pre-completion access to store items and cut the lawn…. Both requests have been granted with good grace by the vendor, who certainly did not have to , and by ourselves without a trace of difficulty or rudeness.

GoogleWhen the sale on my investment property fell through Harriet stepped in and found a tenant to move in very quickly, which was just what I needed as there was still mortgage and service charge payments required on a monthly basis, resulting in negative cashflow. Harriet got three offers within a couple of days, we discussed the merits of each and went ahead with the person who subsequently moved in. A very quick and professional service, I'd strongly recommend Harriet and her colleauges at Winkworths Oxford Street Branch.

Throughout the sales process which, never goes smoothly, Tom was talking to me every day via whatsapp to make sure it all went smoothly and we kept everyone happy through a scary period of interest rate rises. I have had a horrible experience with Maddie Barrington as a tenant.We were presented with a dirty property full of black mold and left to rot with a newborn for two and a half years before eventually having to move out.We faced a sizeable rent increase as well but absolutely no action towards our very serious issue.We have lost thousands of pounds worth of clothes and have had to spend tens of hours emptying our wardrobes in order to wash our clothes again and again.On top of everything we had to pay enormous electricity bills as a result of running several dehumidifiers.Maddie has not been helpful or accommodating.I would recommend to make sure you do not deal with her If you do have to work with wink worth.Edit: In regards to your response, I have put the name of the person there so you should be able to know what office this is. The property is in N1.

We take damp issues very seriously when reported and will always work with our clients and advise them accordingly to rectify such concerns. Unfortunately, we are not able to instruct such works without approval from a landlord despite our recommendation to do so.Winkworth Highbury & Islington
