The staff are friendly and the system used for reporting maintenance is quick and easy. I would recommend Winkworth, and would definitely feel happy and secure using them again in future.

After a one year tenancy we had one blind that needed replacing, of which they decided it was fair to charge £137 for a £26-£30 bedroom blind.For three lightbulbs £72. I don’t know what lightbulbs those are, but I don’t think you can pay £15 per lightbulb (3 to change in total).I am currently still waiting to receive my deposit, after 17 days.
