GoogleDarren and his team provided great local knowledge and support when we were searching for a flat to buy. They kept in touch for a number of years without pressurising us, were always responsive to questions, and facilitated viewings of properties placed with other agents. They then helped steer us through the actual purchase, and provided advice on a subsequent refurbishment. Very happy with them, and whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking in the area

GoogleI was looking for a 3 bedroom flat and ended up finding a great space thanks to James and Rose & Co. Estates. The whole experience was extremely straight forward, simple, and there was always clear and constant communication. Definitely would recommend over a large agency - there was a lot more attention and care put in compared to my past experiences. Have absolutely no complaints!

GoogleI thoroughly recommend Rose Estates and will definitely use again when I next sell my current property. Darren, Jeremy and James provided excellent advice, a prudent valuation, were diligent in showing clients around, were always promptly responsive to any question, and even watered the garden (the house was unoccupied) when required!! Selling a property is always wearying and they made the process very easy.

GoogleVery sloppy communication. Multiple errors on bill of sale including the wrong address of the property being sold. The agent sent a message to purchaser incorrectly stating we were refusing a specialist drain survey risking sale of house. Better to stick to a more established agent.
