We had a fantastic experience working with Darren at Rose & Co Estates. Unlike other brokers we encountered, Darren was incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process trying to find the right flat in NW London. We were trying to secure a rental from abroad, which added an extra layer of complexity, but Darren made everything feel straightforward. He arranged virtual viewings, walked us through the property in detail, and was always quick to answer questions or provide additional information. Even as the landlord’s representative, he was refreshingly honest and transparent, and genuinely made sure our needs were understood and taken care of. That level of professionalism and integrity really stood out. We couldn’t recommend Rose & Co Estates more highly (and especially Darren and Tali if you have the chance to work with them).

I had an exceptional experience with Jeremy at Rose & Co. He went above and beyond at every stage of my sale, securing a fantastic price for my property while confidently managing competing interest. As my family live over 120 miles away, his support was invaluable and he even generously gave his time to help me navigate conversations with architects and builders, far beyond what I would expect from an estate agent. Having lived in London for 11 years and dealt with many agents (and with a background in sales myself), I can honestly say Jeremy is one of the most authentic, proactive and genuinely invested professionals I’ve come across. I lived in a flat for three and half years. There was a leaky roof that they never repaired and they told us to sleep in the lounge. We then got evicted because they didn’t want to repair the roof and then let us move back in. They then demanded rent after we were kicked out. Don’t trust the 5 star reviews.

Rose & Co Estates is an excellent property agent who have been managing our property for eleven years since we have migrated overseas. During this time, Tali has done a wonderful job in looking after our property (first home in London) and always gives us practical advice and pragmatic solution when there is any maintenance issue. We have had several tenants changeover during this time and she has been managing the process seamlessly. The tenants we had are at the highest calibre thanks to her professional screening process. Recently we have sold our property and Darren has been the mastermind behind the sale. As there were some complex issues involved and it was not a straight forward sale, he presented us a plan on how to tackle the issues and the expected delivery timeline. He has given us so much valuable advice on how to do the extra transformation in order to extract the best value out of the current market. His fountain of experience makes it an easy one-stop-shop in handling our sale. Last but not least, Jeremy is perfect in executing our sale and has been looking after our interest in finding us a cash buyer aiming for a quick settlement. The first offer didn’t go through due to an agreement not reached (no fault of anyone) but Jeremy’s relentless effort in finding us another buyer is second to none. I cannot praise him more than enough for his professionalism, enthusiasm and smart working mentality. I would highly recommend Rose & Co Estates for both property sale and management. They truly take care of their customers’ interest before anything else which set them aside to their peers.

A remarkably disappointing experience. We attended a viewing arranged by the agency in good faith, having been given no indication of any tenancy restrictions. We travelled over an hour across London to view a beautiful property. It was only once the viewing had concluded that we were informed the landlord would consider single occupants only. It is extraordinary that such a fundamental requirement was neither clarified nor communicated in advance. One expects a professional agency to exercise a far greater degree of diligence, foresight and basic courtesy when coordinating viewings. In hindsight, the existing reviews would have spared me the waste of time.

Unprofessional from start to finish. We disclosed before booking that we’re a couple and were told that was fine. The viewing went ahead, was rushed, and we were pushed to offer quickly due to “multiple offers.” Minutes after submitting, we were told it’s “single occupancy only” and our offer wouldn’t be presented. If that condition existed, it should have been confirmed and stated upfront… we should never have been booked in. Poor communication and no respect for applicants time.

I would give Rose & Co 6/5 stars if I could! I used Rose & Co during probate and they were extremely understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. Jeremy was relentless, and his output was incredible. I had properties to sell on with 3 other agents, Rose & Co out performed them all combined and found buyers in no time. My experience was excellent . I worked with Jeremy and James to rent my flat last couple years and sale it successfully two weeks ago .They are so professional, honest and hard worker all the way through the service they provide . I rented with Rose & Co for almost two years and I only have good things to say about the way they run their business. Even as a foreigner the company made the rental process seamless and were extremely communicative about any questions I had during my tenancy. Specifically, both Tali and the Property Management Lissy are incredibly responsive and clear about their protocols as well as very respectful of their tenants. During my time living in the flat, concerns were addressed quickly and questions about rent/tenancy transfers were dealt with exceptionally well. I would recommend the company to anyone renting in NW London!
