GoogleThey are a very serious agency. They may be a bit strict on their policies, but thats common for agencies in London. They followed up to all of our little problems and questions (council tax, energy and heating etc) even some time after we had moved into the house, helping us with those, and have actually even came here personally to help us solve some small issues they weren't involved in. Vince in particular was always very nice, kind and helpful. Thank you Oakford Estates!

GoogleI managed to close a deal with Oakford Estates recently and I’m really happy I did so. Louis Manzi helped me through the whole process. He was very kind and patient with me and he was seeking answers to all of my questions. The house was in a great condition when we got in. I haven’t got any issues with the flat so far but I’m pretty sure if something comes up, Louis will make his self available. The paper work process ran very smoothly and the requirements were clearly defined. No hidden agent fees were charged.

I got in touch with Oakford when I urgently need an apartment to move in, and after knowing my situation, Vince helped me immediately with house viewing and moving in, also he communicated with the landlord for me about the furniture and stuff.

GoogleGreat experience with Oakford estates. Vince has helped us a lot through house search, from finding the ideal location to the ideal house and sorting through contract and different documents. Finding an ideal house is quite hard as there are lots of options online, but with the help of narrowing it down to one or two options from professional opinions, it was definitely really helpful. Would highly recommend Oakford estates.

Then, after a short period living there, Shafi helped us make small changes to the furniture and the flat in general that have made our our living arrangements even more comfortable. GoogleExcellent service from Shafi. He put our property on the market and within two weeks we had two offers. Even after the lease had been signed l needed to ask him a few questions he got back to me within ten minutes with the answers. I would highly recommend Oakford Estates.
