As the agent in charge of introducing and helping us to complete our stay at Netley Street, Vince has been very patient and strictly following the legal rules and requirements to complete our reference collection, contract writing and rent collection. During the process, not only did we get all the information back and updated in a timely manner, but Vince also helped us with the tricky situation of multiple occupants requiring a license. GoogleI was expecting an important document to arrive just as I was moving out, but it didn’t come in time. I asked the agent if they could contact the new tenants to forward the document to them so I could collect it. However, they refused, stating it was inappropriate. I found their response unhelpful and dismissive.
Additionally, we were charged a professional cleaning fee after we had already cleaned the flat ourselves, as they claimed it was not ‘clean enough’ for their standards. This felt unfair and unnecessary.
Overall, I had an extremely disappointing experience and would not recommend this agency.
