GoogleTop class service with competitive fees & fast process. The sale was much easier than a conventional estate agent, and the service from Marino Costi (Senior Valuer) was outstanding.

GoogleMCHugh’s was a great find. We have been using them to let our property for a few years now. The service is great, always professional but very personal too. Our tenants have been happy with the service too which is important to us. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleThe words ‘Going the extra mile’ were invented to describe Mchugh. When my sale looked lost they turned it around. Just brilliant.

TrustpilotAwful company extended auction times
Awful company. Extending time of an auction by 30min near the end??!! Thought auction was and auction, and hammer goes down, that’s it. Oh no. They extend by 30min. Won’t be using this company again.

TrustpilotBeware
Beware, I bought a piece of land worth around £1000 from this auction and had to pay the seller's solicitors fee of around £5000. Beware, read the small terms and conditions and of the sellers called London & Capital Housing Ltd.

GoogleMcHugh & Co were professional, responsive and very informative in my dealings with them. They were also patient in respect of the many questions I had as I had not purchased a property in the UK before. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
