I sold my house in Clifton through Knight Frank and was impressed by how professional the whole team in the Clifton office was. The advice and support they offered throughout the whole process was excellent. I was particularly impressed by the way they managed the sale progression along a fairly drawn out and complicated chain. Rachael Hancock always kept me informed and was in constant contact with everyone in the chain to ensure a successful completion.

Tomos and stan were amazing! They were friendly, easy to contact and so helpful and understanding.I had some unusual circumstances with an assistance dog and they helped me feel at ease and listened and communicated so well with the building manager to make sure everything went as streamlined as possible. Louie-Mae and the TCS support team have been excellent at being attentive to any needs around the contract and house upkeep, proactive in their work on the estate, and kind helpful people to have looking after the tenants whenever we need help. I've been happily renewing the contract for almost 5 years and this is in no small part to the ease they make living here.

We have come across too many sly and pushy estate agents during our search. To meet Louna from knight frank (tower bridge branch) was refreshing. She was dedicated, genuine, sincere and responsive throughout the entire process, from viewing to move in. She helped us secure a great place. Would highly recommend! Onboarding process / tenant referencing technology could be improved though, to save the back and forth manual emails.

Very disappointed I have trusted this agent when I was abroad to take care of my research. She hided some important facts regarding the property, sent me a video only showing the qualities and she put the pressure on me to committ at a high price and longer term than I wanted and I ended up living in front of a trashbin warehouse with constant noise and disturbances. She is not professional, she is not honest, and she will show disrespect when you will claim for things. I do not recommend these agents really. They are only interested in making money quickly whatever conditions you will be in after your move. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

From our very first telephone contact with a member of Knight Frank, we have felt that they had our interests at heart as well as those of their sellers. The lady who initially showed us around the property was enthusiastic and helpful. Those questions that she could not answer on the spot were covered later on. Thereafter the whole process has been smooth with regards to KF involvement all the way from acceptance of our off through to exchange. We felt that we could liase with KF staff and that we would get considered advice with a smile! Altogether a great experience.
