The whole process (which involved the letting of our flat) went very smoothly, which could have been a lot different as the letting fell within the Christmas period. To date we are very impressed with the systems in place and staff commitment and would have no hesitation recommending this company - a professional & helpful team (KFH, Lordship Lane, East Dulwich)

Maintained momentum and energy in pushing a sale through over a particularly long process (6 months) with multiple hiccups. Agent leading it (Lucy) was great and always helpful. I think without KfH's efforts the sale would have likely fallen through.

Annoying that I can’t give 0 stars! The worst property management company I have ever come across, their prices are extortionate and we’re currently paying thousands of pounds a year for what feels like a Henry Hoover to visit once a week! Do not use this company for anything!

GoogleKFH made our house sale seem so easy in the end! We handed over our property as we boarded our flight to Australia, and returned 3 weeks later to an offer on it. This was after wasting 6 months with other estate agents on West End Lane - some real cowboys along there. KFH gave a realistic valuation and we hit our target with the sale. Thanks guys for a great job.
