I’ve been renting through KFH Balham office for several years and I have 3 flats rented by them. During this time I have never had a void period on any of the flats. The manager, Will Brindley, is extremely proactive and always keeps in close contact. If he is not in the office when I phone he always gets back to me on his return. I cannot fault his commitment and would highly recommend the office.

I used KFH to remortgage my property and had Sawan Shah as my agent. He was very helpful, patient and I find the process very streamlined. The only slight issue I had was with their app, it's not the easiest app to use and can definitely do with some improvements.

Not happy with the service there are more towards seller. In our case they were in very rush and and very rude most of the times. I would not recommend any one to go with KFH.

They manage our building and we have been facing increasing service charges and costs with no explanation of the rationale. Many of us in the building had tried to reach out to them with little success and this is my last resort for my frustration . Do not use them. Absolutely useless

She was professional, always explained things clearly and above all she was extremely patient and helped us with all the formalities! I would definitely recommend this office!

I disliked the initial, overly optimistic pricing of the house. A more realistic pricing, in view of the age and condition of the property and the predicted rise in interest rates, would have certainly expedited the sale and reduced the anxiety for the sellers.

KFH once engaged were very proactive on the advertising and sale of our property. We had constant communication and had the benefit of two regular advisors from the beginning to the end. This is important as does not happen with companies these days very often so that was a positive benefit.

Iryna from KFH was an excellent mortgage broker. She is extremely organised and thorough- ensuring to put the customer's interest at the forefront of the whole process. We couldn't have asked for someone better to help us out as first time buyers.Highly recommend and will be returning when it is time to re-mortgage!

The sellers of our house were using Sharon of Dulwich KFH as their agent. She was incredibly professional, transparent and fair. I trusted her, which made the sale far easier than it could have been. I would not hesitate to instruct her if we were selling a house.

Poor service... don't work in the interest of the landlord. Whenever anything goes wrong they shift the blame away from themselves and lay it on the landlord. Their answer is always to find expensive trades people, which do more than they need and the landlord ends up paying. Tenants don't seem to get a good service either.
