FacebookI try to be positive with social media. However it is only right & fair to warn those considering buying or letting a property through @KFHproperty that you might find yourself being charged to live in a neglected & unsafe building, with shockingly poor customer care.Avoid.

GoogleI have worked with a number of agencies in the last 15 years, and KFH are by far the best. They are reliable, honest and have a great personal service. I live overseas and depend on them a great deal. Colin Gillibrand, in Lettings at the Belsize Park office, is fantastic. I would highly recommend him!

Have posted before regarding management issues. Avoid at all costs- deplorable client service regarding property management.Seem to think that we are the ‘little people’ of no consequence. Cannot believe that KFH allowed to practice in the current climate. Shame on them!
