Misinformed about the noise in the property we moved into. Estate agent and Landlady both said how "quiet" the property was. They knew it would be a deal breaker and they kept their mouths shut at best... Watch out for these guys. Most of their positive reviews come from home owners who have sold their property through them, not renters.

This was a tenancy extension and it was handled efficiently though of course less work for KFH for the same fee. Might be worth considering reduced fee rate for renewals. However, we have worked with KFH for several years as landlords and have valued the professionalism and efficiency of the service we have received.

Front office rental agents - 9/10Property management team - 1/10Renewals team - 1/10Management -1/10 Great for international landlords who want to maximise the return from tenants, but terrible for tenants who need KFH’s assistance to get anything resolved. The industry needs to be better regulated and property management teams need to understand their responsibilities and show more urgency.

The service provided by KFH is slow and there is lack of coordination between various departments. Many tasks of repair etc are expected to be organised and executed by the landlord. The tenants have also mentioned on many occasions that the KFH team responds slowly and it is difficult to contact them

And super mindful of timings when bringing potential buyers around given we have a young baby. We had the pleasure of dealing with Joe and couldn't recommend him highly enough.

KFH were efficent in setting up the offer for sale but after the second viewer had made an acceptable offer they appeared to be doing very little as negotiations dragged on. It is hard to say what more they could actually have done, but a general impression of more proactive support would have been welcome.
