GoogleThis is a review of Greene and Co. But really - as with most reviews of letting agencies, it’s really a review of an individual since that’s who you meet, talk to and interact with. In our case it was Emily Morrell, over the course of a number of months Emily showed us a number of properties in West Hampstead- each time she was open, polite, courteous, on time (all too rare!) and most importantly honest. She always gave the impression of understanding what our needs were and what was achievable - for instance what a landlord would he prepared to change or accept. It’s all too rare to find a letting agent who really knows the stock they have. Even though we probably messed Emily about more than she deserved she was always smiling, polite and positive- even to the point of coming up and saying hi when we saw us out and about in her free time. Ultimately we couldn’t find the right thing for us in the area so had to move outside of West Hampstead - but that’s not down to lack of effort on Emily’s behalf and she’ll be the first point of call when we look to move back.

He has been a pleasure to deal with, always answers our queries immediately and updates us on a regular basis. While we have had some trouble with Hampton's in the past, we are giving 5 stars purely due to our new property manager Alex who resolved a blocked drain outside our flat (causing flooding) as quick as possible. He really want the extra mile calling several different companies to find someone who could help us immediately and was polite and friendly despite our relentless messaging about the issue. GoogleThe West Hampstead and Kensal Rise branches of Greene and Co are highly recommended if you are looking to buy in the area!! Saleem Kamal of W.H. delivered exceptional service, being one of the very rare estate agents to actually understand what you require in a property within a certain budget, and knowledgeable to give relevant insight into the local area and general market. His non-pushy, friendly attitude and keenness to go beyond made my search less stressful as a budding property investor. An estate agent who actually 'gets it', not just about getting the biggest commission.

GoogleI had a very pleasant experience with Greene & Co West Hampstead. I was looking to purchase a property and Soroush Akhavan Prado who showed me the property went above and beyond to make it happen and overall made the process very smooth. I think there are times when individuals raise the profile of a company higher and this is the absolute case here. It is hard to find someone with such integrity and work ethic in this business but you got one here. Would definitely go back if I was to buy or sell a property. Update (2016): This is my second review for Greene & Co West Hampstead. Usually I wouldn’t bother to come back and review again however I was so impressed I had to share the experience. I was looking to sell my place and planned to market through various agencies, Greene & Co however came across as the most knowledgeable in the area which was impressive compared to a number of their counterparts who frankly were shambolic. Having known Soroush Akhavan Prado through my first deal with Greene & Co I gave him a shout and from there on it was plain sailing. The offer came through and Soroush again with his persistence saw it to the end and really went the extra mile in situations where other agents would have simply washed their hands off it.

GoogleHaving worked with a number of Estate Agents in West Hampstead on looking for and buying a property, you really find out how good they are when you run into trouble or have issues. Most of them can't be bothered or just lose interest and don't return your calls. I was really super impressed with James and Faruk, they really went that extra mile when they didn't need to. I would highly recommend them and Greene & Co , they are well organised , pleasant to deal with and very efficient, a sad scarcity in seems in this industry.

GoogleI was fortunate to meet James Widdowson of Greene and Co. when my wife and I needed to sell our flat. James as a property valuer led a team of sales persons who were clearly very skilled and soon organised a large number who viewed the property. Property sales are complex and demanding experiences and quite challenging for the novice as were we James held our hand through the entire experience and facilitated a successful sale to our mutual delight. We are happy to recommend him and his team at Greene and Co.

GoogleJames, Bonnie and Abel did a great job selling my flat in West Hampstead (well, Kilburn really). They managed to get a number of prospective buyers through the door from the word go which helped a realistic asking price to be arrive at. A buyer was lined-up and but when they could no longer go ahead with the purchase another buyer was promptly found who also bid the full asking price. Communication was efficient and courteous throughout the sale. I would recommend them to anyone selling a property in the area.

Been waiting for over a month to get back my deposit, after renting a property serviced by Hamptons for over 3 years. Very disappointed with the service, avoid !EDIT: another month has passed and I still haven't gotten my deposit. Poor customer service!

GoogleThey were the best out of the other local estate agents and were the only ones to tell me what procedures I had to go through to put it on the market. The buyers had jitters but Greene and Co were successful at pushing them to make the purchase so we could secure the house we wanted to buy. My only slight feedback was that sometimes I was liasing with different people and it would have been easier to have just one point of contact but otherwise I thought they were extremely professional and very courteous. I also bought the property through them, and again they were the only estate agents to show me the flat I actually wanted! so another bonus.

GoogleWhen I was contacted by Bonnie Pooley, I have to confess that I thought ' "sales progresser" - who needs that? '. Turns out, I did. You do. If not for Bonnie's tireless pursuit of solicitors and sellers I'd be now living on the street. Or in an asylum. Or a prison. She kept me informed at every step (yes, solicitors - it's possible to use a phone!) and offered a shoulder to cry on and an ear to yell into on the many occasions when that was needed. So, a big thank you from me. I can't just now contemplate ever subjecting myself to the housing market again, but if I do, I'll ask for Bonnie :-)

GoogleTried to buy a flat through Greene and Co West Hampstead. They overstated the floorplan size by 15% so the whole sales and bidding process was done under false sales specifications. We won the bid but then pointed out that the basis of the sale was false and they didnt respond. They put the flat back on the market without notifying us with still the incorrect information, knowingly decieiving unsuspecting buyers. After looking at their other flats online we realised their floorplans are mainly overstated in size and typically if a buyer goes through Greene and Co they will overpay between £100,000 and £200,000 for the flat. These people cannot be trusted and their work ethic stinks!
