GoogleI recently instructed Danny to help sell my flat and received excellent service from start to finish. He got the flat on the market quickly, with great photos and gave me honest feedback and continued to push the sale along. He was always contactable and checked in regularly on progress. The flat needed some work done before completion and he helped organise contractors and was available to let the buyer/contractor in when I couldn't get to the flat or tenants were out. I'd definitely recommend his services for buying and selling in Camden.

GoogleI had a positive experience working with the team at Goldschmidt & Howland and would recommend working with them if you are moving to London from outside of the UK. I found everyone to be responsive and accommodating. I especially appreciated working with Mo who was very helpful in my search while I was still outside of the country and equally helpful once I made it to the apartment in person. As someone looking for a flat remotely, I was grateful for his responsiveness and his willingness to answer all of my questions.

He recalled that some months earlier, while looking at the properties advertised in G&H's window in Parkway, I had liked the look of a very similar flat, which turned out already to be under offer. GoogleHad a great experience throughout the whole process, I felt like I was in good hands, with honest people who truly knew their job! Mostafa in particular was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. He made sure I had every chance to get the flat I was interested it, and was very transparent. He even stayed later at the office on a Friday night to give me the keys because I was arriving late from abroad! Thanks again!! Every other member of the team I have been in contact with was very serious and nice too. Could only recommend this office!

GoogleWe are a very international family that constantly changes from country to country, it is generally difficult to carry out all the legal procedures in each country to be able to acquire a home, fortunately everything with the help of Mo., was much easier, since we contacted to visit the house, his response was automatic and he behaved very flexible at all times, he was very pleasant and professional, apart from the fact that the apartment was the best we visited, I think Mo's attitude help us to make the final decision to rent this house with his company, which has also been very professional at all times and very helpful with us all the time, Mo,. has helped us with all the procedures from day one. I don't think more than two weeks passed when we finished signing the contract and they gave us the keys. It has been a very good experience, what I liked the most is the speed and professionalism with which they worked to deliver the house on time and help us with the moving process.

GoogleJust sold through Amin at Goldscmidt Camden. He told me he had a buyer for my place from his contacts. Sold to his contact after two viewings. Didn't need to go to market. Goldschmidt charged a slightly higher commission than the others I spoke to but money well spent I think. Super efficient, no nonsense and great communication.
