Many of the facilities in the rented house are old and easy to break. It was reported to the staff, and the time from reply to repair was up to one month. If they can't fix it properly, there will be no follow-up. For example, the toilet water tank in the house broke for half a year. I kept contacting the staff, and they didn't fix it three times. The staff often do not reply to emails, and the promised response time is 100% extended, such as the deposit refund procedure. One month after I returned the lease, there is still no update. After I sent emails many times, there was no reply until I directly went over theagency to call the landlord. The staff promised to update me in three days, but the fact is that they did not. This has happened many times. This is the worst rental experience I have ever had in the UK.

It can be a stressful time to move places in London and these guys really made our lives easier by being super responsive even over end-of-year times. It gives a good feeling to know that they will be managing the flat during my lease. GoogleFyfe McDade were my managing agents and then acted for me during the sale of the flat, so I have worked with them for several years. It’s a lovely friendly office. I have always felt that I was a person, not a number. They balance the interests of tenants and landlords very fairly and are excellent intermediaries. I was kept informed about issues with the flat, but good advice was provided when needed. When it came to selling, Fyfe McDade really went the extra mile. The head of office Alex worked his socks off to find a buyer in a difficult market. He always kept me fully informed. He intervened positively when necessary. I found it a genuine pleasure to have him as my estate agent as he doesn’t have any of the clichéd characteristics that people associate with estate agents. He’s a straight talker, very honest and realistic. He works very hard, answering queries at all hours and has a very nice personality, good sense of humour and intelligence that make selling a property a (relatively) pain-free experience.

The Bloomsbury team takes an intelligent approach to lettings and property management and delivers a seamless and consistently high level of service. Alex, Joey and Maxime are highly personable and hardworking and a real pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended.

GoogleThey are always late for the meeting. They forget to bring their keys so often. They try to butter you up with false information and they try to avoid calls when they are extremely late with their application. Do not buy properties from here!

GoogleRented a flat through Connor. He provided great service and advice throughout the check in and contract signing process. All queries were followed up promptly. Can't say the same about getting defects reported though. Make sure you get written/photographic proof of any defects. Don't trust the agents' words as 'good enough'.
