The sales team at Dexters is top notch, especially Izzi. Initially Luke came to value my property. I felt very confident in how he discussed handling the sale. After only a few viewings, I had two offers. I know Izzi was very proactive in marketing my flat and she is the one who found the buyers. I therefore dealt mainly with Izzi who is simply the best. She was always available when I needed her, responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. I have dealt with other estate agents who don’t answer, don’t call back and don’t really try. You can tell Izzi takes pride in her work and does her utmost for her clients. I would not want anyone else handling my sale. She genuinely exceeded my expectations. The situation became complicated due to an issue with a purchase I was making and a difficult solicitor, but Izzi handled it amazingly well. I often asked her to liaise with the buyers instead of asking my solicitor who was often unhelpful. She was better than my solicitor! I do not think there is a better estate agent out there. Thank you Izzi for all your hard work. It is much appreciated!

Excellent Property Management Service

I am very happy with the property management service provided by Dexter and I would like to give a special shout out to the Senior Property Manager, Petros Giorganios. There was an appliance broken in my apartment and needed repair service. Throughout the process, Petros followed up my case closely, give me clear instructions and options on what I could do/choose to get repair done. He would give me phone calls to clarify and explain the situation, like how I should arrange parking space in my property estate and make sure I got it right. During the phone call, he is very polite and explain things to me patiently.

Excellent work George Calderara and Isabelle Strack

My self and my husband had made the decision to value our property by 3/4 local estate agents. By far Dexter’s was the best so professional and I knew at that stage I wanted to instruct with them. George at the Hendon branch and Isabell were the two individuals we had the pleasure of dealing with. As much as I didn’t enjoy the process of selling and buying they could not have done any more to be supportive and professional. It’s a very emotional process and takes time and patience but like I said they were very professional, kind, patient and always there for a chat. Well done Dexters. I had raised few issues with my rental flat, Carl Tettey was extremely helpful and followed up with me on a weekly basis and provided update and assured me all issues will be resolved. First tenancy experience

First of all I have no previous experience to compare with but I as per my opinion Dexters really tries to provide good service. There are minuses and pluses, but in general I have a good opinion about this company.I was checking in my apartment but it was not clean at all. Dexters could manage cleaning service of the carpets on the 24 of Dec right before Christmas.But after check in I have been receiving a good assistance from Property Management as well as Maintenance teams.Many thanks to Jada Palmer for her willingness to help, address the issues and quick communication with the owner of apartment.

I have worked with Donalina Gargrupe, who has been an excellent property manager. Absolutely useless team of managing…

Absolutely useless team of managing agents. Always take forever to reply to your emails/calls. Constantly making out everything is our fault. We had a 20 year old bath in our flat, a small crack appeared and when we reported it, they said we were liable to buy a new one. Thankfully I know my rights and this constitutes ‘fair wear and tear’. However, they dug their heels in and it took over a month for them to replace it, at one point they suggested we go 50/50.
