We dealt with Zen from the Battersea…

We dealt with Zen from the Battersea branch when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house (!) the other evening. We called the branch immediately, Zen was the only person left in the office and was just about to leave for the day, but she kindly stayed and waited for us to get there so we could pick up a spare set of keys. We were so grateful! Thank you - Highly recommended!

I would like to provide more details on the reasons for my rating. When we initially viewed the property and decided to rent it, we were not informed that our communication would be handled directly with the landlord, rather than through the agency. This lack of transparency caused confusion and made the process less straightforward than expected. Additionally, we were not made aware that, for example, the washing machine in the property was broken at the time of our viewing, which left us without this essential appliance for an extended period. The agency should have communicated this issue beforehand, but it was only after we moved in that we discovered the problem. The most concerning issue, however, is the way our deposit dispute has been handled after we moved out. Rather than following the legal process and helping us resolve the situation according to the law, it seems that your agency is more focused on pleasing the landlord, who compensates you for your services. This is not only unprofessional, but it also undermines the tenant's rights. The agency's lack of support in ensuring a fair and legal resolution to our deposit issue is why I left such a low rating. I feel that the agency has not acted in our best interest and has failed to uphold the standards I expect from a professional real estate service. I was also asked to remove my review: "consider removing the review." Frankly, I find this request highly unprofessional. Reviews are meant to provide honest feedback about a customer’s experience, and asking someone to remove a review feels inappropriate. It gives the impression that the focus is on managing your agency’s image rather than resolving the genuine concerns raised by your clients.
