We bought a flat from a client of Dexter's. They could see the deal was struggling due to solicitors shenanigans, and put their all into it.
I got daily calls from Mark, who helped lift spirits and gave great advice that helped me push through. He made calls, prodding stubborn conveyancers, and explained all the things I needed to know. It felt like even though I was paying someone else to be on my side, they were in my corner even more. Six months, a call every day. This is no slouch!
I really really appreciate all the work they put in. I think of you're their client, they'll make sure your interests are looked after.

Worst agency ever. I've been with KFH for years and they were just amazing. Dexters Property Manager team just cares about the landlord. If you have an issue you have to call them many times, and IF it gets sorted, it takes a long time. (it took 3 weeks to fix my washing machine the 1st time, 2 weeks the second time and so many other issues just IGNORED). When you call them, each person you talk to tells you something different. They always say they are going to call you back to give you an update and they never do. They just IGNORE you. This is so disappointing and just unprofessional. I'm looking forward the end of my contract and never going to use this agency again.
