Donalina has been instrumental in keeping me updated with an issue I reported around a water leak in a flat above mine. She always called me and for me that’s the best thing about her. So many times I engage with agents who say they’ll call back and it never happens. Not the case with Donalina. Very good 👍🏽.

We recently moved into our new rental house with help from Ashley at Dexters Battersea. Ashley has been super helpful throughout the whole rental process. Very professional, effective, thoughtful, and perfect in following up and giving updates. We are very impressed with the service that Ashley provided. We were dealing with another Real Estate company when looking for a rental house in the same area, and we were so glad that we went with Dexters but not the other company which happened to carry the same house we rented through Dexters!

GoogleWorked very closely with Nick when buying back in Dec 2021. We went from first viewing to completion within 9 weeks. Nick guided us as first time buyers incredibly closely throughout the entire process and was incredibly professional whilst always going above and beyond throughout (he was always on hand to let in different surveyors etc and arrange additional viewings). Would certainly recommend Nick at Dexters in Highgate to anyone asking!

Unlike other estate agents we had used in the past Dexters were always very communicative keeping us in the loop at each stage so we felt completely in control of our sale. A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. There is mould growing in the flat and the baby has developed a cough. Subcontractors and Dexters are unable to establish a timeframe to get adequate heating working again. Snow is forecast…..

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.

Dexters manages the apartment I rent in Lower Holloway, they are very supportive and quick whenever we signal an issue in the property. During the last visit, their Senior Property Manager Petros Giorganios went above and beyond in showing us how to better use and maintain the heating system, on top of being very kind and courteous.
