Years of mould issues finally sorted

We have been renting our current property for almost 5 years and have had mould issues since the beginning of our tenancy. It was not until Monika Piszczyk took over the management of our property, did we finally get our severe mould issues sorted. Monika, with her determination and hard work, managed to get our landlord to finally agree to put in the money to install proper ventilation, get mould treatment and redecoration done. She saw through the whole process and made sure things were done well. Thank you Monika for fighting for our rights to live in a safe and comfortable home.

should not show or even take the property on their books

viewing arranged fine. day of viewing phone call to say go to second site first and then the first . no one turned up so i phone office. then viewing person who justs works weekend turned up ,she said been waiting at other property!. problem with communication from dexters staff? shown property that had broken in door with padlocks added and surrounding wood frame all broken.

A viewing was arranged for a property No direct contact number was provided Apart from that of the office.On the day of the viewing They didn’t want to miss itSo called the office to get in touch With the particular agentTo inform that they were running late.The person on the phone Said she will contact the agent And then call back 5 minutes went, She didn’t callWe called back ourselves She said it should be fineThe buyer arrived at the property 7 mins after the viewing timeAnd noticed that there were people Still inside.He continued to wait outside for his partner who has physical restrictions To arrive for the viewing.Please note that the other viewers left the property 10-12 mins after their time overlapped our scheduled viewing time The agent acknowledged the buyer And said it’s okay to waitBut at no time did he mention How long he can wait or If the person is happy to view the property by himself til his partner arrives.And the agent was well aware that the person was outside waiting for his partner The agent then called the number Instead of speaking to the buyer Who was waiting near the property At first he said that he has to leave And if anyone comes they can only Pop in and outSo it is better to reschedule We explained we are happy to Have a quick look With the buyer who was already thereAll that time The agent refused and said His diary is packed And he must leave So left.The buyer was left bewildered As were others and his partnerWho reached the property A minute after he left.We immediately contacted the office To explain that we felt mistreated The person just repeated whatThe agent said about being bookedAnd having to leaveShe did apologise for the inconvenience And said he would be in touch After he returned to the office an hour later, He didn’t.We have viewed properties with many agencies but this has been the worst experience by farIt felt like he didn’t careAnd also that she didn’t care So why should we consider Any property listed by dexters.Please kindly be considerate Of people’s circumstances And if someone is asking If it is okay to waitJust be clear how long is okayThen there will be no issue.

We purchased from Dexters. Mr. Sam Ghadakchi on the Sales team was always very personable. He was able to make us feel heard whilst being patient and always informative. Mr. Oliver Sharpstone was very good at giving reasonable advice when necessary and this was always appreciated. I am very happy with the property management service provided by Dexter and I would like to give a special shout out to the Senior Property Manager, Petros Giorganios. There was an appliance broken in my apartment and needed repair service. Throughout the process, Petros followed up my case closely, give me clear instructions and options on what I could do/choose to get repair done. He would give me phone calls to clarify and explain the situation, like how I should arrange parking space in my property estate and make sure I got it right. During the phone call, he is very polite and explain things to me patiently.

My self and my husband had made the decision to value our property by 3/4 local estate agents. By far Dexter’s was the best so professional and I knew at that stage I wanted to instruct with them. George at the Hendon branch and Isabell were the two individuals we had the pleasure of dealing with. Renting has never been so easy for us, and this was only possible because of Brenon and Matteo. From the very beginning, Brenon was positive, kind and very easy to talk to. He displayed a beautiful place to us and was very clear on everything that had to be done as well as helping us with the process. Matteo was just as easy to talk to, helping us along the way with any problems we faced and made it easy to transition to the next stage of the renting process. First tenancy experience

First of all I have no previous experience to compare with but I as per my opinion Dexters really tries to provide good service. There are minuses and pluses, but in general I have a good opinion about this company.I was checking in my apartment but it was not clean at all. Dexters could manage cleaning service of the carpets on the 24 of Dec right before Christmas.But after check in I have been receiving a good assistance from Property Management as well as Maintenance teams.Many thanks to Jada Palmer for her willingness to help, address the issues and quick communication with the owner of apartment.
