Alicia has sold 2 properties for us and has been absolutely fantastic! From the start she seemed to work round the clock to ensure the transactions exchanged and very much felt like part of the team. She’s a really genuine person and everyone from buyers to solicitors like her, which is a massive help when trying to get different sides to push in the same direction. We’d very much recommend anyone wanting to sell a property to use her and anyone looking to buy one to contact her.

We have just purchased a property in Dartmouth Park through Alicia. She was incredibly helpful and really helped speed the process along! We managed to complete in just under 3 months! This was largely due to her help with the solicitors when they were being slow, especially when the sellers solicitors were taking a while to provide the information our solicitors wanted. Additionally we were able to go and view the property as many times as we wanted and she was always welcoming. We are still using her advice on work we wish to do to the property now, and she is always happy to help. When Alicia wasn't available the rest of the office were always very helpful and friendly, and always tried to help out whenever they could. I would definitely use Dexters again wherever possible. Thanks for the hard work guys!

Dexters will not care about you

We are a current tenant and have raised multiple issues with the landlord however Dexters continually give us messages that they are following up on the issue but no correspondence from there on. Issues like a broken fridge took more than 2 weeks to be sorted and we have outstanding issues that have been "followed on" for months.Dexters have shown they will align themselves with the landlord and not the tenant.

Lied and mislead

When leaving a joint tenancy, all parties spoke to Dexters, agreed everything and notice was handed in. 3 months later went back on explicit guidance to try to extract additional charges from both tenant and landlord. Staff member was unhelpful and lied about past advice given. Do not recommend working with this company.

I've just exchanged contracts on a flat marketed by Dexters. Nick Milios from Dexters, as the seller's agent, was instrumental in getting this over the line. This was a difficult purchase, riddled with multiple issues, from asbestos to lease issues. It is only fair to say that if it wasn't for Nick, we would have probably pulled out of the process. He managed to keep all parties talking and managed to find solutions to all problems. Highly recommend!
