GoogleOne of the worst agency I have ever come across in London. Very unprofessional. All they care about is Money! They couldn't care less about your queries. I did a viewing with them, such a waste of time, nothing like what they said. Once they knew I am not so keen on the property they said you can find your way back yourself!!!!! Disgraceful, Dishonest. There are far more better and more experienced agencies out there. Avoid this one!!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves in providing great customer service and professionalism. The review does not reflect our companies business ethics. We take all feedback very seriously to try and improve our services further and have looked into this but based on your name it would appear that you did not view a property with us. If you have booked the viewing under a different name please let us know so that we can respond to you accordingly. We would like to discuss this. Thank you Cool Cribs Team

GoogleAfter struggling to find where to live and having problems with different agencies I found out about Cool Cribs in the last moment. They helped me to find a place for 1 day! Elena took me to so many different studios and was very friendly and patient with me! She is amazing! Then Albert maneged to do all the documents for a day because we had to move in 2 days! My experience with them was just amazing! No matter how many questions my boyfriend and I had they were always there to answer them. I would definitely recommend you to use their survices!

GoogleContacted these estate agents to secure a property, the initial one I tried getting was unfortunately already taken when I enquired however Albert from Cool Cribs was able to offer me more properties in the same area. Hey King Ghost Thank you for your review. You were told that we are not interested on your service and you kept asking about other properties and at no point of the conversation we were rude as we asked continuously that we are not interested so let’s not waste each others precious time. We appreciate your review. Wish you all the best. Regards

GoogleAvoid this place at all cost!!! Albert wasted our time and money. He told us the last minute that the flat is unavailable when we paid the deposit for the new flat. His work ethic and standards has not been good. We had to repeat ourself multiple times and he still was not update to date with infos we gave him.

GoogleThey ask for holding deposit transfer upfront to secure the a rental property and they will keep it before you sign any paperwork if you change your mind. They are allowed to do that but beware.
