Lost trust and confidence. Our house was empty and only people who had access were the agents. They left the property unsecure for days, letting water in and as a result damaged our property. They also come in and out of the property to use our toilet and leave it in a dirty state.

GoogleMy personal experience with this brand and in particular with Folco as an agent was fantastic. I was a first time buyer and he truly helped me and cared for keeping me informed during the process, alway available and willing to chase solicitors and keep the wheels moving in order to achieve the timeline I needed. Went above and beyond and even recommended me a very good solicitor, making a great difference to the process. Always thankful and to Folco in particular very much.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, the service has been excellent. Ellina's friendly, helpful, and professional nature helped to make the whole experience way less stressful. Communications have been outstanding, with any problems or concerns being promptly addressed. If you are looking for your dream home in Camden, I highly recommend going through Chestertons because of Ellina, she is absolutely fantastic!
