The service is fine except the various departments and people you have to deal with. What happened to having one person you could talk to on everything?. If you insist on such a user un-friendly system of pass the parcel, then at least let the right hand know what the left is doing. As landlords we pay a lot of money to agents to find a tenant, at least have some compassion towards your client and streamline this extremely cumbersome procedure of several departments , none of which know what the other have done.

GoogleI would advise you not to rent anything with Chestertons, they are swindlers. They were very helpful with the flat, but once the deposit and agency fees have been paid, they are no help at all. This company is not interested in people, only in making a profit, which is a shame. We've had problems with damp in our flat, which has never been sorted out, which is dangerous for our health, and they took a month to provide us with a fire alarm (even though it's compulsory) because they didn't believe us. For the two flats we rented, there was no second set of keys, which we had to have redone at our own expense. The cleaning costs are unimaginable, and they rented us a flat that was simply disgusting inside, the cleaning hadn't been done, and we waited all day to get the bed. The estate agents simply stopped responding to us even after à numerous amount of emails. Avoid this real estate. The flats are not worth the rental price, the services are far inferior and the customer service is catastrophic. They don't check what they rent. There are many agencies in Hampstead that are far more competent.
