The market conditions post brexit were extremely challenging but through intelligent assessment of potential buyers and sheer persistence she achieved our sale at a price we are very happy with. This is the second time Sylwia has sold one of our properties and on both occasions her attention to detail and excellent customer service have been second to none. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I wanted to submit offer for a property, however the agent over the phone told me to put offer with other agency! I am not sure why agents need to be so arrogant with buyers this days!!
Unfortunately The Property Ombudsman Code of Practice specifies that agents ask clients to go back to the original estate agent to make their offer through them, providing it is within the first 6 months after the first agent was withdrawn from the property. Had we have taken your offer, the owner could have been liable for paying two fees, which may well have meant he not wish to sell to you. The advice given was provided in the aim of increasing your chances of success with this property. If you are interested in any other properties through us, we will gladly put forward any offers you make.

GoogleI was in a real pickle with my flat. A half finished kitchen renovation and nothing happening. Nancy Archer came to my rescue. She organised a tradesman to finish the job in a week (3 months to that point with the other mob) then the team had it rented within another week. Always respond to my emails promptly and a pleasure to deal with. That’s important when I’m 12000 km from my flat. Highly recommended.
