Worst customer service ever!I got in touch with them for a very specific request concerning an issue with my conveyancing and they made me waste almost an hour asking for unrelated things, like what area I would like to buy in, what's my budget...Basically, they completely ignored my request (even when I repeatedly asked the question again). They just wanted to help me search for a property... which is completely pointless, as I've already found one, and I'm already halfway through my conveyancing.Talking to them was like talking to a robot, and not a particularly smart one!Complete waste of time.EDIT since you're asking for more details:I spoke with Peter first in the online chat, then with Lucinda, then Nicole Fingerhut emailed me "Unfortunately we do not have an office that covers your area currently so we won’t be able to assist with your property search"... which goes to prove she didn't even bother reading my question, as it was not about a property search.They tried to sell me houses, mortgages... everything I didn't need, and every time I politely replied "no thanks, I'm not interested, my issue is XYZ, can you help with that or not?" they would just ignore me completely and keep trying to lure me into property searches and mortgages applications.Are Peter, Lucinda and Nicole robots? Trolls? Very young children? Certainly, they can't be trained customer service professionals!

Worst agency - stay away from these criminals. As a former tenant, I would like to share that Chestertons tried to impose a rent increase that was at odds with our tenancy agreement. Not sure where you come from, but in most countries violations of contract law are punished. It’s amazing that this agency still exists given their illegal practices.

I was out of the country and wasn't able to meet anyone from the agency in person but Gary and Alice with whom I dealt were extremely professional while also remaining personable and put me entirely at ease. GooglePoor poor service. The sale agent Carlos has only his own interest (or the seller) at heart, was not helpful, and slow response, and always made us feel, the buyer of the place, a burden. Any questions we had felt it was not responded correctly, or ignored so the buyer cannot find the true state of the home. It made the whole buying process painful.
