Googleno aircon.. terrible stay.. had to leave one day early but paid in full.. fans provided were useless...
Hi Manish, Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that you found the apartment too warm during your stay. Unfortunately, London, like much of Europe, experienced an exceptional heatwave during this period, which was beyond our control. As advertised, this apartment does not have air conditioning, however, we do provide portable fans and portable AC (subject to availability) to help make our guests as comfortable as possible during warmer weather. We appreciate your comments and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under more typical London temperatures. Warm regards, Ilona Front of House
