GoogleI have had nothing but issues. Not only is nothing within tolerance, but TW vehemently refuse to fix anything.
Day one I had a flood because the plumbing wasn’t done correctly, which ruined my kitchen cabinets.
My entire property vibrates from the slightest movement from neighbours or outside, it shakes my toilet and bath and windows. It is thermally inefficient. Impossible to warm up in winter, and impossible to cool down in summer. Not to mention, whenever I raise issues, I get told I’m crazy and that it’s all compliant.
Oh, and now my ceiling is bowing and it looks like it’s about to cave in on me! They are lucky I can’t add videos.
My local district councillor has raised concerns, and has been ignored also, and so has the MP. The properties are not fit for habitation. Stay FAR AWAY from them
