It was a great privilege to purchase a house from Redrow in Tudor Meadows , Sawston . From the day we viewed the show house, the sales consultant, Kyle Morris, was very informative and offered excellent advice. Kyle was exceptionally helpful and kind until we received our keys, and he continued to assist us afterward. Following the handover, we are thankful to the Redrow team. The customer care manager, Linda, along with the site Manger Karl , Gavin and Jodie, Paul were extremely supportive and helpful. Despite the need for some improvements to the house, they managed to resolve these issues promptly and efficiently. We would like to give special recognition to Jodie for her outstanding service in managing the improvement works. Her dedication to customer service and care was truly remarkable, and we greatly appreciate her efforts. Once again, we extend our sincere gratitude to Redrow thanks Mathew .
