almost 3 months now that I moved.this is a very late fedback, All i experienced was very overwhelming help, from putting the property to the market , to the scheduling of viewing up to the exchange . The most 2 people that had helped me loads ,started with George McDermott,a very huge thank you, - whatever the weather he was there outside the property for the viewing clients.i did not personally say my thank you when you left, I also have loads appreciation to Charlotte Hancock- She helped me enormously and always there to answer me and explained all things when I can not understand especially all the legal terms. We purchased a property through Sharman Quinney and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Lewis did a great job of finding me a good deal on a mortgage and was really responsive and provided lots of helpful information. George showed us around the property and I appreciated that there was no hard sell - friendly, professional and very responsive to phone calls and emails. As the process progressed George and Nick did a fantastic job of helping to push the sale through when my solicitors were holding things up. On both exchange and completion it was Sharman Quinney who let me know, hours before my solicitor told me!
