We are sorry if we caused you any upset and apologise for this. In the current situation we are trying to ensure when in-person viewings are organised that potential buyers are in the position to offer on the property in question, as a means of limiting viewing numbers. To do this we just ask those requiring a mortgage for a short chat with our mortgage adviser, after which they are under no obligations to use these services. While this wouldnβt happen in normal circumstances, it is an extra step we have put in place.
