**Avoid Haart at All Costs** Our experience with Haart has been nothing short of appalling. We were subject to the following: - Left without heating and hot water for three days in December, as Haart deemed this acceptable under their "policy." No sympathy was shown for our situation. - Lived without a functioning oven for two months. - Maintenance emails regarding black rising mould were ignored entirely. - Received multiple threatening rent arrears notices despite having paid rent on time. - Repeatedly disregarded maintenance requests. - Front door lock broke, and no urgency was given to fixing it. - Attempted to charge us for pre-existing damage and imposed an extortionate cleaning fee, which when we argued was removed entirely. Communication with Haart was impossible throughout. Their incompetence forced us to leave the property. Avoid them at all costs.

Horrible experience! They rented the house to us, saying that I would have access to the garage, but after signing the contract and moving in with my family, I discovered that the garage was full of old things. The house we rented had rust, black mold in every room, a leak in the bathroom, infiltration above the fuse box, a broken kitchen tap, the furniture smelled of cat urine, impossible to live in! They decided to fix the house and we had to spend more than 10 days in an Airbnb, in addition to paying the rent at a slight discount, not covering all the Airbnb expenses.

From a buyer's perspective, Haart have a reasonable range of properties and are good about helping you find the right one, and arranging viewings. They've also got a "Move Co-ordinator", Ren, whose role is to chivvy people along when they're holding up the sale. Ren's been invaluable in this sale, as everyone involved has needed a *lot* of chivvying.
