I visit the office at Cambridge, I met Charlotte who take information from me , after few days , she contacted me back with a few options from the market, every listed properties from Haart that Charotte offered is seemed to be competitive, I sent one application after one day I received the document , unfortunately I’m not fast enough, then I got a few more options to choose , Again most of she offered already have an application therefore deposit need to pay first to view the property to be fair for the other application. Actually the apartment is for son and he is a student, I must confirm all I want to rent must be 12 months upfront. This condition is fair for me but at least let me see what I will get before I paying the deposit I believe!! I have contact other 4-5 Agents , the viewing of the property is become first priority before doing a paper signed! I already did 2 papers with Haart !!! Unfortunately, not even have opportunity to even view my apartment that I wish to rent for one year!! For me as tenants I feel so disappointed, I should be treated better !!!!!
