GoogleTerrible customer service for tenants. Hidden fees everywhere, rude staff and contradictory emails that mean you spend weeks trying to figure out where you stand. If you're going to spend all that money renting in Cambridge, you might as well pay a decent estate agent and not Carter Jonas.
