FacebookAfter leaving the flat we waited almost 2 months our deposit. Because of this delay, after many calls and emails, the agency promised us about £140 overpayment to our deposit. Finally we received our deposit but without overpayment which was promised. We sent a few emails to the agency but no answer. So, this agency is not serios. Definitely no recommended.

Attempted to buy a property from Sharman Quinney which was an extremely negative experience. Staff were rude, unhelpful and even insulting. I was repeatedly told that they didn’t have time for me and that I didn’t understand the process of buying a house. I was also called patronising, talked over and persistently fobbed off. Do not use this estate agent.

FacebookAwful service while arranging my property sale and subsequent purchase. Lost weeks due to ineptitude on the part of our not-so expert conveyancer. Fobbed off on numerous occasions. Avoid!

Unhelpful, bad mouth other businesses and just try to sell how amazing they are rather than listening to the customer! Gave up when they couldn’t get an agreement in principle for me only looking at high street options and trying to demand a 15% deposit! Won’t be bothering with them again!!

FacebookFrom the outset, Amber provided a great service securing tenants for 2 new properties soon after completion. I thought the fact that I was looking for a 'tenant only' service as I live locally would impact service but it remained at a high standard. Re-assuringly, most phone calls reached Amber or her assistant immediately, or were returned shortly after.

GoogleAvoid! Once they get you, the attitude of the staff change and they become indifferent. Unpleasant bunch. Lack of communication-when you chase, they become sarcastic. When asking why no buyers, they said 'no one really wants flats, it's a niche market'. That's not what they said at first! Deeply regret employing them.

FacebookDon’t ever use these agents. Tie you in to six month contract. Offer a buyers incentive of £1000 which you will pay for! Didn’t sell our house after many viewings and when we sold privately to our neighbour cheated us yo pay half fees of thousands of pounds for nothing. Outrageous

FacebookPoor house description and photos, everyone that viewed said they were surprised by what they saw as the marketing did not do it justice.. We then had to pay for the marketing pack even though they did not sell.... I personally would not use them again..

100% agree. They have got 2 people to see my property in 2 months and now I can’t actually sell and they will not take it off line. What’s the point of having it sat on there when no one will be able to view. They lie and as you say their tactics are unprofessional. Their area manager Adam Smith was meant to call me but never has done! So unprofessional!!

Disastrous. Avoid like the plague. Or just wear a hazmat suit. If you can't afford a hazmat, try and keep some of your deposit to hand in case of emergency. Or, much easier, avoid these crooks and go elsewhere.

Branch staff helpful and communicative, but the central accounts team do appear to consistently make errors on statements which regularly need follow up and correction.
