GoogleSTAY CLEAR In 30 years as a landlord this Has been the worst agent I have Used for lettings ,paperwork missing charged for services not undertaken. Now a big hassle to get a refund. Mistakes happen but its how You deal with it. Shocking service.

GoogleI rang your move about a property for sale the same day it was listed. The receptionist took my name and number, but they never returned my call. So I sent an email through right move explaining that I was interested and in a position to buy, as our house had been sold. Still no reply. So my wife rang, again details taken by the receptionist but they failed to ring us back. So another email direct to your move, and finally managed to speak to the sales team, to find out the house has sold. But even now if look at the house it is still available on right move? So not only can they not be bothered to return calls or emails, they can't even be bothered to update the listing as sold. Waste of time and I'm so glad I didn't sell my house with them.NegativeResponsiveness

GooglePutting our house up for sale was a huge decision for us as we found our forever home!! We had no idea where to start but we were guided through the process with Rebecca from the Camborne branch! Highly professional! Always called me back promptly (there were a lot of calls), and nothing was ever too much trouble! Highly recommend!!
