FacebookWe bought our flat originally through the amazing Perranporth team a few years ago- Yvonne Goodfellow literally saved everything from going wrong; talk about professional. We then decided to let the flat through them as well. Claire Brand was brilliant through every step of the process, keeping us informed of everything, and nothing was too much trouble. I’d highly recommend the team- they are about as good as you can get. Thanks for everything!

FacebookWe bought our most recent home through Sue and team of Millerson’s in Falmouth. We were not their client, that being the people we were buying from. However, they fitted us in with a viewing at short notice, despite already having a pretty tight schedule. We offered and then negotiated. Finally accepted as the buyer, there were many difficulties along the way - not agents doing, illness issues. We were kept constantly updated without needing to chase. We particularly liked their cheerfulness. Once in, they also helped us to find people needing all our removal packing so that it could be recycled. We aren’t planning to move again - yet! But, if we do, we will certainly be using Sue and team.

There were many obstacles to overcome during our purchase but we received exemplary service from start to finish, especially from Paul Thomas who couldn't do enough to help us complete our long and difficult purchase. The team are very friendly, professional and helpful. This was really comforting especially as we were first time buyers and were new to the process. Many thanks for an excellent service!
