We recently worked with Millerson Estate Agents in Camborne when both selling and buying and the service was absolutely outstanding. John Skiller was amazing from start to finish, without him we genuinely would have been lost. He kept us fully informed throughout the process, constantly liaising with solicitors and everyone involved. He consistently went above and beyond, and his commitment, professionalism and patience were exceptional. He is a huge credit to Millerson and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more highly. Sarah was also brilliant, so helpful, friendly and supportive whenever we needed anything. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her calm approach really made a difference during what can be a stressful time. We really can’t sing their praises enough. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly cares and puts in the work, Millerson Camborne is the place to go. Highly recommended.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Millerson. We were so glad our new home was listed with them, and after experiencing little success with our previous agent, we decided to move our sale to Millerson as well. They found us a buyer in no time at all! Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team, and the recommendations and advice they provided were spot on. Jeremy Chapman - we can’t rate highly enough. Such a shame we didn’t find our home through him and Millerson. We saw several properties in our limit availability while in the town. We didn't engage Millerson for our sale but they were the agents for the house we were buying and they went above and beyond regularly to keep us informed. Like many people, we had a frustrating and delayed chain and Jon at Millerson was essential at keeping communication and understanding flowing between the different parties in the chain and generally keeping moral up! We did all exchange eventually and are very happy! We were so impressed and we would engage Millerson as estate agents in the future but hopefully not too soon!

I have been working with different Estate Agencies in the UK for a while and Millerson Camborne is by far the worst. Today (24/02) has been approximately 3 weeks that the purchase of a house I was buying through Millerson Camborne was stopped due to an issue with the builder, which would take the purchase process much longer for completion. I was totally fine with that as it was not the seller's fault. The problem is I was just informed of the issue by my solicitor and Millerson did not even care to spend 2 minutes to write me an email. But what happened above was just tip the iceberg . Since the beginning, Millerson dealt with the purchase process with such lack of professionalism that I really don’t how they are still in this business. What I am sharing here is just my experience (I have everything recorded in emails). After the initial process was started, I started making some enquires (as normal) and an employee of Millerson (Mrs S.) gave the email of the seller as she did not know how to answer my enquires. All went with no problem at all. After that, there was an issue with a document (CML) that I needed from the seller, which was required by my Mortgage Lender. I waited more than a month to receive the right one, which delayed my application. Every time a different person from Millerson was dealing with my case. In the end, I received the CML directly from the seller by email. Then, I took the opportunity to ask a few more questions to the seller. The seller asked me to contact the builder directly (she gave me their email) and I contacted them. As did not inspect the area (I live 5 hours from the plot) I believed as much information I could get, the better. At the time, I did not know that it would be considered an “offense” by the builder when sending an email to them. Then, on the same day, I got a very rude email from a Millerson employee (Mr. D), who said: “May I please ask you NOT to contact the developers”. That was quite ironic considering Millerson gave me the seller’s email and the seller asked me to contact the builder directly. Mr. D even wrote “NOT” in caps lock, surely this is not the way a professional company replies to their customer. My other enquire to the builder was: “As I live in Oxfordshire and I have never been in the area, if you have any other relevant information related to house or the area, I would really appreciate”. Mr. D replied: “I am struggling with this question as you have purchased this house in an area you don’t know anything about? If you are un-sure about your purchase then please let me know as we have many buyers looking for properties like this.”. His answer was unprofessional, rude and arrogant and he cleared treated me. At the time, I was so disappointment with this company, but as I really wanted he house, I kept process ongoing. The most ironic is, after he asked me to contact only Millerson, nobody replied to my enquires anymore, apart from informing me that there would be a delay with the windows supply. I accepted the delay and asked a few other questions, but no answer. After 3 weeks with no answers, I called Millerson and another person answered (Mr. J). He was very apologetic and he said he would take my case personally. Surprisingly (or not) he did not. Then a few weeks later, my solicitors informed that there would be another delay from the builders side, that was the time I decided to withdraw the purchase. Usually I don’t make reviews even when a few problems arise during the process, as I understand it is difficult to have everything right, but this one was so absurd and unreal that I felt in an obligation to share my experience to make the potential buyers/sellers aware of how unprofessional Millerson company is.

The marketplace was at its worst, the house not quite its best (but a much loved family home nonetheless); so we found ourselves at a far from ideal time to be selling! However, despite the difficult circumstances, and the hurdles we encountered (which were neither few, nor insubstantial) throughout the sale process, the manager and staff at Millerson in Camborne were utterly brilliant. Their efforts were tireless, their advice and support invaluable, and they regularly went above and beyond the call of duty to help me solve the many housekeeping issues I encountered whist trying to sell a property from a distance of over 300 miles. I unreservedly recommend them, and can't thank them enough for their help and kind consideration for my family over the last year.

We had contacted Danny Green at Cambourne branch prior to us going down to Cornwall to look at properties, when we met Danny on arrival he couldn't have been more helpful. He showed us a wide variety of properties and never made us feel pressurised into a hasty purchase. Ultimately we realised with his help what we required. Maddie went above and beyond trying to find a house for our new family. She would constantly send us houses about to come on to the market. She answered any queries fast, efficiently and kindly no matter how small. It always made us feel top priority and that our situation with new baby coming was important. Paul Le Bas is arguably the greatest estate agent in the country! During our recent property purchase in St Ives, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much, and he always attempted to accommodate our requirements - which were plentiful given our lack of proximity to the property! Hugely personable, incredibly responsive, and highly knowledgeable, Paul is a hidden gem amongst estate agents! We sold our house through Millerson this year and did not have a very good experience. I would not recommend selling your house through them. I received feedback from my buyer as well and the general feeling was not positive. Given 2 stars because we finally completed and to start they did find us a buyer but that’s really all that was done. I did inform them of my concerns throughout the process so this review is not a shock.
